"Invalid Download ID" When I Try To Download My Product

Solution

If you purchase your product on one computer or device then try to download it on another you'll trigger our download protection security and get the "Invalid Download ID" message.

The simplest solution is to go to the computer you purchased the product on to download your product.

Or you can contact our help desk to get a direct download link.

When you submit a ticket at our help desk include:
# The name you purchased with
# The Paypal email address you purchased with
# The name of the product you purchased
