Why do I need to submit a ticket?


We want to serve you the best way we can and we've found that email communications often get dumped by ISP providers, spam filters and in various other ways.

By using a ticket system we can ensure that even if you don't receive our reply by email you can come back here and read your ticket to get the answer you need.

Our slowest response time is 12-14 hours. Most tickets are answered in under 60 minutes.
